Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed  
- Original tags and packaging are still attached  
- The item is not damaged, stained, or altered  
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Sale or discounted items  
- Customized or special-order products  
- Innerwear or intimate items (if applicable)

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team through Instagram, WhatsApp, or email  
2. Provide your order number and reason for return  
3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
